Depending on your environment, Mimio Xi can be used in 2 modes: stand-alone or connected to a computer. In stand-alone mode, Mimio Xi's built-in memory allows up to 10 hours of notes to be stored - eliminating the need for a PC in the room. Notes can be downloaded and shared later by a simple connection of Mimio Xi to a computer via USB cable. In connected mode, Mimio Xi instantly captures everything that is written on the whiteboard and displays it on your screen in colour and real time.
