We have answered here some of the most common questions we have been asked in the past.

General questions
- Do you have a showroom?
We don't have a showroom. Any visit is by appointment only.
- Can I buy from you online?
No, we don't have an online shop. To order please call us on 01924 278464 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help.
- Is the product I want in stock?
We try and keep most items in stock at all time ready for next day delivery. If an item isn't in stock we can usually supply it within a week.
We will always confirm stock and expected delivery time when you place an order.
If you require a product urgently or would like to check stock, please call us on 01924 278464 and we will be happy to check for you.
- I have seen a product cheaper elsewhere, will you match the price?

Ordering
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, American Express), cheques and bank transfers.
Please call us on 01924 278464 for our bank details.
Please note that goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared (7 working days).
- Can my order be delivered to an address different from by card's billing address?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a different address. This rule is in place to protect cardholders and Purple Cat Ltd against fraud.
If nobody is at home when deliveries are likely to take place, we can arrange for Saturday morning or early morning deliveries. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or bank transfer for delivery to a specified address.
- What is the latest I can order for a next day delivery?
Orders for most items need to be received by 3pm for a next working day delivery, however we can sometimes dispatch orders placed later so please call us to check.
- Do you offer discounts on volume orders?
If you are looking to place a volume order, please call us for pricing as we can offer discounts and special offers.
Delivery

- How long does delivery take?
Unless we advise you otherwise, orders are delivered the next working day between 7am and 6pm. We will specify an expected delivery time when you place an order.
You can request delivery on a set date if it's more convenient.
Please note that the time/date of delivery is not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
- How will my order be delivered?
We deliver by couriers such as City Link, TNT, DHL and Fastway.
- Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, the courier will require a signature on delivery
- Can I track my package?
If you require a tracking number, please call us on 01924 278464.
Public sector customers
- How much does delivery cost?

- Do you accept purchase orders from public sector customers?
Yes, you can send your purchase order by fax on 01924 416808 or by post and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Payment is required on 30 days from invoice date.
- Do you offer special deals for public sector customers?
Public sector customers can benefit from special deals on some products. Please call us on 01924 278464 for more details.
