Infocus Education and Public Sector Program for Projectors

Infocus is committed to helping educators and providing products and services benefiting the education sector. The Infocus Education and Public Sector Program is designed to be simple and straight forward, eliminating the need for registration or paperwork.

The program is available to all customers registered as Schools, Universities, Government bodies and other non-profit official learning and teaching organisations.

The key elements of the program are as follows:

• The standard warranty on all InFocus DLP projectors is five years on the product and one year on the lamp contained within the projector at time of purchase. For qualifying education and government bodies, this is extended to five years product warranty and three years lamp warranty on the IN100, IN1100, IN1500, IN2100 and IN3100 series projectors.
• No pre-registration or paperwork is required to qualify for this program. In the event that service or support is required outside of the standard InFocus warranty period, a proof of purchase (purchase invoice) with the customer’s full name and address will be requested to activate the additional warranty that is provided under this program.

Terms and conditions

• An original copy of the purchase invoice containing full name and address of the educational or public body is required to be provided at time of service to qualify for the extended warranty under this program.
• The decision of InFocus is final in the event of any disagreement on an institutions status to be included in this program.
