Delivery to mainland UK addresses will typically be made on the next working day for stock items ordered before 3pm.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you upon receiving your order to confirm the expected delivery date.

Deliveries to the British Isles, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Delivery Information

Can you deliver to a different address than the billing address?

Orders placed online and paid for by credit/debit card can be delivered to a different address within mainland UK provided the standard security checks have passed during the checkout process.
Orders placed over the phone will be shipped to the card's billing address for security reasons.

If you require delivery to an alternative address but do not wish to order online, we will require payment by cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us for more details.

What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day* will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm on a working day* will be shipped on the next working day*.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day*.

If you have missed the cut-off time but require an urgent delivery, please call us on 01924 278464 and we will try our best to help.

* Working days are Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays

An order placed on Tuesday before 3pm with standard delivery will be delivered on the following Wednesday.
An order placed on a Tuesday after 3pm with standard delivery will be processed on the Wednesday and delivered on the following Thursday.
An order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?

The courier will require a signature on delivery. You need to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel(s) on the delivery date.
If no one is available at your address when the courier attempts delivery, a card will be left so you can re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from your local depot.

Do I need to check the product on delivery?

Before you sign for the delivery you must inspect the package for any visible sign of damage. If there is apparent damage, you must make a note of it on the delivery slip that you sign and contact us immediately to report the damage.
Failure to carry out these steps may invalidate any claim for damage.
