Orders are shipped using couriers including DPD, TNT, DHL, UK Mail, ParcelForce, Tuffnells and specialist delivery couriers depending on the products ordered.
Providing items are in stock, orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped as soon as possible and within 1 working day.
If you require urgent delivery, please call us before placing an order and we will try our best to help.
Deliveries to certain locations such as the Scottish Islands, the British Isles or Northern Ireland may take longer.
Delivery of specialist products and larger items such as furniture, large projection screens, large displays and interactive displays may require a specialist delivery service and incur additional delivery cost. If required we will contact you to discuss the options available.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control and we will not be liable to you for any loss (including but not limited to loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by said delays.
- All orders and deliveries are subject to payment approval and stock availability
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order within the expected time frame, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm that you are happy to proceed.
- All deliveries must be signed for. For security and due to the value of items, we will not request that an order is left in a garage, shed, porch etc.
Additionally all orders must be checked for visible damage on delivery; if the packaging or item is visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery and inform us as soon as possible.
What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped as soon as possible and within 1 working day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.An order placed on Tuesday before 3pm with Express delivery will be delivered on the following Wednesday.
An order placed on a Tuesday after 3pm with Express delivery will be processed on the Wednesday and delivered on the following Thursday.
An order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Can you deliver to an address other than the billing address?
Orders placed online using a credit/debit card can be delivered to any address (excluding PO Box) in mainland UK provided the standard security checks during the checkout process are successful.
Orders placed over the phone can only be delivered to the card’s billing address for security reasons.
If you do not wish to order online but require delivery to a different address, we would require payment by bank transfer.
What happens if I am not at the address at the time of delivery
The courier will require a signature on delivery.
You need to ensure that an adult is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel(s) on the delivery date.
If no one is available at your address when the courier attempts delivery, a card will be left so you can re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from your local depot.
